Designed to help cut energy costs, National Grid’s Weatherization Program can make your home more energy efficient year round. With some simple, easily installed measures, your heating and cooling systems will be more effective, so you’ll reduce energy consumption. Which means you’ll save on heating costs in the winter, as well as cooling in the hot summer months. And your home will be comfortable year round.  National Grid Energy Delivery’s Residential Weatherization program is open to heating customers in New England with homes built prior to January 1, 1995.
The program provides a rebate covering 75% of the cost, up to $2,000, for weatherization measures per customer account per calendar year. Call 800-292-2032 for more information.

Members can receive a free Home Energy Analysis which will identify ways to reduce energy consumption, potentially saving money on your electric heating and cooling bill. They offer cash rebates up to $4,000 toward the purchase and installation of recommended efficiency products-from 50% to 100% off the regular price of some measures-to reduce your up-front investment in energy efficiency measures.
